Consultation

Besides the basic functions, RBTI-log also offers a good way to receive consultation. By placing all the communication between you and the consultant in the right context, and between the numbers of RBTI they apply to, you will always read them the way they are meant.

When you look on our front-page at the left you will see next to the log in button an icon with the possibility to register (the one with the pencil). If you click on this you can register. Via the link http://www.rbti.info/component/comprofiler/registers you can also register.
When you click on http://www.rbti.info/rbti-log you should be able to register your numbers.

If you are a beginner, have your own test kit and need help to get started, we can help you with interpreting the numbers when using RBTI-log if you meet the conditions (simply returning an Agreement Form) and if you are interested.

How to apply for consultation?
If you are logged in you can do the following:
Go to your profile by clicking on your avatar (the image in the side-menu).

Then click on the ‘Subscription’ tab and subscribe by selecting the membership. If you follow the instructions on the screen. Some membership offer a free trail. In other cases you will be taken to a PayPal gateway that will automatically enable the subscription once confirmed by PayPal.

When that is active, you will see the subscription, along with the days remaining at the top of your RBTI-log page, with on the right of the subscription the button you need to press to notify your consultant that you request his / her consultation. Simply press the ‘post request’ button and there will be a private message send to the consultant. After he / she replies, you will automatically receive a short notification, also as a private message.

You can see that below your avatar, and clicking on the line stating you have new private message(s) will take you to the inbox where you see the notification which also includes the link to RBTI-log.

It may sound complex, but is really easy if you see it in front of you.

Consultation should not only be to work on your health but also to learn on your understanding about RBTI. What we have seen is that the best way to learn is to use your own numbers. What we personally hope to achieve with consultation is that most people don’t see the point of it after about 2 to 3 months when they regularly register their numbers, not because we do such a bad job, but because they understand how it works.

To extent your membership
Click on your avatar (profile photo in the left menu)
That opens your profile. Click on the tab ‘subscriptions’.
Click on something like ‘renew’, ‘renew in advance’, or something like that.
From there it should speak for itself".
